This preparation focuses on transforming personal experiences into compelling, structured narratives that highlight strengths, values, and potential—positioning candidates as professionals interviewers want to work with.

Process: Each 90-minute session is tailored to the specific company and role, typically covering personal experience questions like:

  • "Tell me about a time you had to convince someone"

  • "Describe a situation where you demonstrated leadership"

And fit questions such as:

  • "Why this company?"

  • "Walk me through your resume"

The approach is practical and collaborative, working together to extract the most relevant elements from past experiences, demonstrate how your strengths can be applied across relevant contexts, and ensure your achievements stand out.

The goal is not just to answer questions, but to leave interviewers with a clear, memorable impression of professionalism, capability, and cultural fit.
