Then came my Bain interview and let’s just say it didn’t go quite as planned. It was humbling, to say the least. But that experience taught me something invaluable: consulting interviews aren’t about luck, charm, or being good at talking in circles. They’re about preparation, structure, and knowing exactly what interviewers are looking for.

 

So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. I spent months buried in cases, doing drills, analyzing frameworks, and figuring out what actually works, not just in theory, but in practice. And it worked. I got my offer from McKinsey & Company, where I became a consultant, a recruiting champion, and part of the internal case interview faculty, helping other candidates navigate the same journey I once stumbled through.

 

Since then, I’ve coached several candidates over +200 sessions, helping them craft standout CVs, master case interviews, and tell their personal stories with confidence and authenticity. Some have successfully passed the CV screening stage, while others have gone on to receive offers from top firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, JP Morgan, Accenture, Eli Lilly, and Revolut.
